Quentin R.Gore
Founding Partner
Chief Administrative Officer
Quentin R. Gore has more than 25 years of local and federal law enforcement experience wtih the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commision and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Also, he conducted background investigations for the U.S. Department of Justice, FBI, and other Federal agencies. He possesses an FBI Top-Secret Clearance.

Melvin L. Scott

Mr. Scott served more than 30 years with the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department as a Commander and Executive Officer, where he gained local and national experience in executive staff functions, investigations, facility and security operations; national security and contingency policy, planning and program management; strategic and tactical communications; and crisis-action decision making. He was responsible for day-to-day operations of the uniformed force and investigative commands.

Mr. Powell has more than 26 years of law enforcement experience with the Prince George’s County Police Department, U.S. Marshals Services, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
He served as Deputy Chief of the Prince George’s Police Department responsible for communication and strategy across multiple agencies. He has a Top-Secret Clearance.
